I have heard of these “Gold” ATM’s before but a recent visit to Leipzig Airport allowed me to see one close up for the first time. It is just like any ATM except the screen offers a variety of coins. The prices change as you look at the screen; it went up 3 cents whilst I was watching it. The machine indicated that there was a CCTV camera watching it; although I could not see it. I wonder how much gold, if any is actually in it.
